STEP 01

Free site survey

We look at your roof, your bill and your consumption habits on site. The survey is free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead with an installation afterwards.

STEP 02

Design and quote

From the measurements we work out the system size, the panel layout and the estimated annual production. The quote lists every piece of equipment and how many of each will be used.

STEP 03

Paperwork and application

For grid-connected systems we handle the distribution company application, the project approval and the meter process on your behalf.

STEP 04

Installation

Mounting structure, panel assembly, DC-AC cabling, distribution board and earthing, all by our own team. Most home systems are finished in a few days.

STEP 05

Commissioning

Inverter settings, monitoring app setup and handover of the system to you. We do not leave you a box you do not understand.

STEP 06

Monitoring and maintenance

You see your production on your phone. The same team stays with you for periodic cleaning, measurement and fault support.

Does the system work in winter?
Yes, the system keeps generating electricity as long as there is sunlight.
Does the system work during a power cut?
With an optional battery system, uninterrupted power can be provided.
What happens to the surplus energy I produce?
In grid-connected systems the surplus goes to the grid through a bi-directional meter and is credited against what you use. Sizing the system to cover your own consumption is usually the most sensible approach.
Will the installation damage my roof?
Not with the right mounting structure and proper sealing. Different mounting systems are used for tile, sandwich panel and concrete roofs; your roof type is determined during the survey.
How long does the installation take?
Assembling a home system usually takes 2–4 days. What really sets the total timeline is the distribution company application and meter process; we handle that as well.
How long do the panels last?
Panels come with a performance warranty of 25 years and above. The inverter is a component that may be replaced every 10–15 years.
