Smart Home and Energy Management

A smart home is more than switching things on and off from a distance. Set up properly, it shows how much each device is using and directs your solar energy to whichever device makes best use of it.

If You Can See the Energy, You Can Manage It

In most homes the electricity bill is a surprise you discover at the end of the month. Yet where the consumption goes is a measurable thing: is it the air conditioner, the water heater, or devices left on without anyone noticing. The moment you start measuring, most of the saving already reveals itself.

What Do We Install?

  • Smart switch, socket and lighting control
  • Energy monitoring meters per home and per device
  • Thermostat control for air conditioners, boilers and heat pumps
  • Automation for curtains, shutters and garden irrigation
  • Security scenarios with cameras, motion and door sensors
  • Early warning with flood, smoke and gas sensors

Together with a Solar System

If you have a solar system on your roof, a smart home setup makes even more sense: during the hours of high production, loads such as the washing machine, the dishwasher, the water heater or vehicle charging can be switched on automatically. That way you use the energy you produce in your own home instead of exporting it — the cheapest way to get more out of the same system.

An example scenario

When production goes above 3 kW and nobody is home, the water heater switches on; when production drops, it switches off. By the time you get home in the evening the water is hot, and not a single kuruş of grid electricity was used for it.

In a home you already live in, starting with a single room makes perfect sense. Beginning with the living room lighting and one energy meter, then expanding as you see the benefit, is the soundest way.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question? Write to us
Can it be installed in my existing home without renovation?
Largely yes. With wireless products the installation can be done without damaging the plaster; in new builds, wired infrastructure is recommended.
Does the system work if the internet goes down?
Local automation scenarios keep working without the internet; only remote access is lost.
Which brands is it compatible with?
We install products that support the common protocols (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Matter); your existing devices are assessed during the survey.
Where is my data kept?
If you prefer, a setup that runs entirely inside the home and sends no data to the cloud can be chosen. We decide this together before the installation.
What happens if I move later on?
Most wireless devices can be removed and taken to the new home; only the fixed switches stay behind.
